Chocolate makhana

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Agranik Makhana (Fox nut seeds)
  • ¼ cup Chocolate (chopped)
  • Chopped almonds (optional)
  • Ghee or coconut oil for roasting

 

Instructions:

Roast the Agranik Makhana:

  • Heat ghee in a pan and add the Agranik Makhana.
  • Dry roast on low heat for 4-5 minutes until crispy, stirring frequently.

 

Melt the Chocolate:

  • Place chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave until melted, stirring every 30 seconds.

 

Coat Agranik Makhana:

  • Mix roasted Agranik  Makhana into melted chocolate until evenly coated.
  • Optionally, add chopped almonds for extra crunch.

 

Set and Serve:

  • Line a baking tray with butter paper.
  • Spread the chocolate-coated Agranik  Makhana on the tray and let it cool.
  • Refrigerate for 15 minutes if desired.
